Hi I’m Michael, a fifth-year architecture student at the University of Strathclyde. My design process currently sits at the intersection of design and social impact, and I’m especially interested in how architecture can respond to the complexities of identity, community, and inclusion.
I’m drawn to projects that questions the how architecture is designed, developed and delivered. Exploring how space can support equity and the user's everyday wellbeing. Whether it’s through research, drawing, or collaborative making, I try to approach design with empathy, curiosity, and a strong belief in the power of listening to both the client and the site.
Right now, I’m exploring ways architecture and architectural practise can become more inclusive, not just in how it looks, but in how it works for people. That means thinking about who buildings are for, who gets to shape them, and what stories they tell.
